Terms & Conditions – hariwin88 Malaysia Platform Usage Rules

Hariwin88 is an online betting and entertainment platform operating in Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and hariwin88, governing your use of all products, services, and features available through our platform at hariwin88.ws.

These Terms apply to all forms of access to the hariwin88 platform, including via web browser on desktop, tablet, or smartphone. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling ours, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and hariwin88.

To register and use the hariwin88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Citizens or residents who are physically located in Malaysia while using the platform.
• Legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Has never been suspended or banned from the hariwin88 platform previously.
• Acting in a personal capacity and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested. hariwin88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time for account verification purposes.

Your account password is your personal responsibility. Do not share it with anyone, including family members. hariwin88 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your password secure.

All financial transactions on hariwin88 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods are as follows:

Withdrawals will be processed to the account or e-wallet registered under the member's name only. hariwin88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 and will be processed within 5–15 minutes during normal hours.

All successful deposits are non-cancellable and non-refundable, except in cases of verified technical failure confirmed by the hariwin88 team. If you have deposited more than intended, please contact hariwin88 customer support within 24 hours.

Hariwin88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our members. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements (rollover) specified for each offer.

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. For example, a x10 bonus means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any withdrawal is permitted.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once only by each new hariwin88 member. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and hold no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Hariwin88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus suspected of having been obtained through dishonest means or in breach of promotional terms.
• Bonus validity periods are as stated in the respective promotion's terms and conditions. Any unused bonus remaining after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited.

All bets and games on the hariwin88 platform are subject to the following general rules, which apply across all products — including jackpot slots, live baccarat, Sports Betting (Super League, EPL, BWF badminton), and esports (MLBB, PUBG Mobile, CS2, Valorant).

• Final: All betting outcomes confirmed by the hariwin88 system are final and cannot be disputed more than 72 hours after the result is determined.
• Betting Limits: Each product has minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the interface. These limits may vary depending on account type and the member's transaction history.
• Match Cancelled: If a sports or esports match is cancelled before it begins, all related bets will be refunded to the member's account balance. The policy for postponed matches is as outlined in the respective sections.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a technical error or system disruption during a gaming session, hariwin88 reserves the right to void and refund any affected bets. No other form of compensation will be provided.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet is valid only when a confirmation is issued by the hariwin88 system. Unconfirmed bet requests are not considered valid even if a temporary debit to the account balance has occurred.

The security of your hariwin88 account is a shared responsibility between the platform and you as a member. hariwin88 employs 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data and transactions; however, you also play an important role in keeping your own account secure.

• Use a strong password (at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols).
• Do not share your hariwin88 login credentials with anyone.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Contact hariwin88 customer support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
• Keep your account details (phone number, recovery email) up to date and accessible for account recovery purposes.

Hariwin88 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. If you receive any message claiming to be from hariwin88 that requests your password, please ignore it and report it to our support team.

The following are strictly prohibited on the hariwin88 platform and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

1. Registering more than one account using the same or similar name, phone number, IP address, or financial information.
2. Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.
3. Attempting to manipulate game outcomes by any means, including the use of third-party software, bug exploitation, or collusion between members.
4. Conducting money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activities on the hariwin88 platform.
5. Filing a chargeback or disputing a transaction through your bank or payment provider without authorisation.
6. Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC verification process.
7. Threatening, harassing, or being abusive towards hariwin88 customer service staff.

Hariwin88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age.
• Account closure requests initiated by the member — including self-exclusion requests related to responsible gambling.
• 12 consecutive months of inactivity (dormant account), after which a monthly maintenance fee of RM 10 may apply.
• Instructions from Malaysian legal authorities.

When an account is closed at the member's request, any valid balance (not subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to the registered payment method within 3–5 business days. Accounts closed due to a breach of terms may not be eligible for a balance refund, depending on the outcome of hariwin88's investigation.

The hariwin88 platform is provided "as is" in accordance with current technological capabilities. While we strive to keep our services available and uninterrupted, hariwin88 does not guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from technical disruptions, faults, or system errors.

Hariwin88 is not liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses resulting from internet disruptions, device failures, or third-party service outages beyond hariwin88's control.
• Any action or decision made by a member based on information displayed on the platform.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from service disruptions.

Nothing in these Terms, however, excludes or limits hariwin88's liability for gross negligence or intentional fraud resulting in loss to a member.

Hariwin88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication at hariwin88.ws/terms-conditions.

It is your responsibility as a member to review this page periodically for any changes. The "Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the last revision was made. Continued use of the hariwin88 platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
